Q:-  Do you offer free delivery?

A:- We offer free delivery on all orders. Shop your heart out! 🙂 

Q:-  How do I track my order?

A:- We’ve made it easy for you. You can either click on the link in your order confirmation email or visit the Order History section, which shows shipping and delivery details.

Q:-  Can I order from more than one seller?

A:- Yes. Feel free to add as many products as you like to your cart. We’ll ship them all!

Q:-  How many products can I order at a time?

A:- You can order as many products as you like as long as the total amount is within Rs 19,999.

Q:-  Can I Gift an item?

A:- You can send the order to the address of the person you’d like to gift it to. However, we won’t be able to gift-wrap it just yet. We’re working on it though!

Q:-  How do I care for clothes I’ve bought?

A:- Simply follow the care instructions listed.

Q:- Do you ship the product internationally?

Ans:- Allow us to check what best can be done for you. Please help us with your name, contact details, your merchandise requirement, and complete address through here

Q:- Can I use my BookMyShow Gift Voucher/WinPin to purchase products on Fanhood?

Ans:- The work around for this is in the pipeline and we are hoping for it to complete soon. Till then we suggest you to purchase products on Fanhood using the available payment options.

Q:-  How are items packaged?

A:- As securely as possible! We ensure all items are packaged well in order that they reach you in one piece. However, if one or more items are damaged, you can return them to us and ask for a refund.

REGISTRATION: 

Q:-  Do I have to register with BookMyShow to make a purchase?

A:- Currently we are not allowing for guest checkouts for purchase. Incase you need to view your order details/history, you will need to create an account with the same email address used for guest checkout.

Q:-  How do I register?

A:- Simply click on ‘Sign In’ on the Fanhood homepage. If you don’t have an account, follow the steps to create one. This way you can view your booking history. You will still need to create a new account on Fanhood even if you have an account on BookMyShow. 

Q:-  Why am I being asked for my mobile number?

A:- Transaction is secure, to send you notifications regarding your purchase via SMS and to send you info on offers.

Q:- I've forgotten my password. What do I do?

PAYMENT:

Q:-  Can I split my payment across more than one mode?

A:- Unfortunately not at the moment.

Q:-  Are there any hidden charges I should know about?

A:- None at all! You pay exactly what you see. All charges and taxes are clearly noted on our payment pages and communication.

Q:-  Can I pay cash on delivery?

A:- We have currently started the COD facility on select products subject to following conditions due to Covid restrictions.

  1. Allowed for certain pin codes only.
  2. Allowed for certain products only.
  3. The amount cannot be more than Rs 2,000, including any discounts. For example, if you order products worth Rs 2,500 and get a Rs 600 discount, you will be eligible for cash on delivery.

RETURN / EXCHANGE / REFUND / CANCELLATION

Q:-  How do I exchange my purchase?

A:- We do not exchange the products (unless they have a manufacturing defect). For apparel we can help you with an exchange in the size. Exchange will be done once we receive the original product with its original tags and in an unused condition. If you need the exchange done faster, you can place a new order and let us know about returning the original order. Once we receive the original order in unused condition with all tags, we shall refund the money for the old order to avoid double payment.

Q:-  How do I return my purchase?

A:- All you have to do is visit the Order History section and pick the option to return the item. You can do this within 7 days after the product is delivered.

  1. Products can be returned within 7 days after they have been delivered if they are damaged, defective, missing accessories or parts or different from the description on the product detail page.
  2. We will accept returned products only if it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession, the product is the same as what was shipped to you, the product is returned in original condition (with the manufacturer's box and MRP tag intact, the user manual, warranty card and all the accessories).
  3. Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, for example if you mistakenly bought an incorrect model or product or if you’re not satisfied with the colour of your purchase.
  4. Products marked non-returnable on the product detail page cannot be returned. If you received a damaged or defective non-returnable product, you can contact us within 7 days of the delivery of the product.
  5. In certain cases products sold under Sales Campaigns may not be returnable. If you received a damaged or defective product in such a case, you can contact us within 7 days of the delivery of the product.

Q:-  I placed an order by mistake. How can I cancel it?

A:- Your order will be cancelled only if we are yet to pack and ship it. To cancel, visit the Order History section. In case you feel you need to cancel the order and it has already been packed, you can return it once it has been delivered.

Q:-  How do I get a refund?

A:- It’s easy! Return the product to us; you can initiate the process by visiting the Order History section. Once we’re sure the item is in good condition, we’ll start the process of refunding the amount to your credit card, wallet or bank account. It takes between 5 and 20 days for the amount to be refunded. Terms and conditions apply.

Q:- How will I receive a refund against my Cash on delivery order?

A:- We would try our best to meet your expectation. In case we don't and there is something wrong with your order (defective product, fit issue, incorrect order, damaged order, etc.), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll be happy to assist you. Please Note - COD Returns will be refunded via Vouchers.

Q:-  Can I return the electronic products purchased from Fanhood?

A:- Electronics are non returnable and cannot be returned or replaced directly from Fanhood. 

Q:-  Is there any guarantee/warranty on electronics?

A:- There is no guarantee but 6 months warranty. 

Q:-  What if the electronic item purchased is defective?

A:- Electronics items are non returnable but if there is any manufacturing defect then it can be replaced or repaired directly with the vendor. A customer should have a warranty card and the invoice for the same.
