Electronics are non returnable and cannot be returned or replaced directly from Fanhood.

There is no guarantee but 6 months warranty.
Q. What if the electronic item purchased is defective?
Electronics items are non returnable but if there is any manufacturing defect then it can be replaced or repaired directly with the vendor. A customer should have a warranty card and the invoice for the same.
Q. How do I get a refund?
It’s easy! Return the product to us; you can initiate the process by visiting the Order History section. Once we’re sure the item is in good condition, we’ll start the process of refunding the amount to your credit card, wallet or bank account. Products can be returned within 7 days after they have been delivered if they are damaged, defective, missing accessories or parts or different from the description on the product detail page.

We have currently started the COD facility to all orders are processed only on prepaid basis. Incase of the return for the prepaid order, the money shall be returned back to the source from where it was deducted.
